About Us 

I have been working in the catering industry for over ten years, and began designing and creating cakes in 2009. Making celebration cakes started as a hobby for family and friends, which then led to starting my own cake making business. I've attended a flower making course for one year, and various one day classes specialising in the art of cake decorating. 
 
I hold the following certificates:- 
Foundation Certificate in Food Hygiene from the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health 
A Level 2 NVQ in Professional Cookery from Bournville College of Further Education 
An NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Nutrition and Health. 
 
I am inspected by Shropshire Council Registration  
of Food Premises and hold a 5* rating, and I'm  
fully insured.
